Composer in Residence, Royal Library, Copenhagen

Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2011.Wayne Siegel has been appointed composer in residence at the Royal Library in Copenhagen, 2015-2017. The residency was made possible through a generous grant from the Danish Arts Foundation and includes the creation of a major work for the Black Diamond’s permanent 12-channel sound system installed in the Atrium overlooking Copenhagen harbor, a new work for the Diamond Ensemble and several concerts in the Queen’s Hall and in the Atrium to be presented in 2016/2017.
